Sonship is a Secret
Narrow is the way,
which leadeth unto life, and few there be that find it.
Ecc 11:5 As
thou knowest not what is the way of the spirit, nor how the
bones do grow in the womb of her that is with child: even
so thou knowest not the works of God who maketh all.
Desire that ye
might be filled with the knowledge of his will in all wisdom
and spiritual understanding.
KJV
Ephesians 3:9 And to make all men see what is the fellowship
of the mystery, which from the beginning of the world hath
been hid in God, who created all things by Jesus Christ:
That
your faith should not stand in the wisdom of men, but in the
power of God.
Thy seed shall
be a stranger in a land that is not theirs [earth], and shall
serve them; and they shall afflict them ... and afterward
shall they come out with great substance.
KJV Mark 4:11 And
he said unto them, Unto you it is given to know the mystery
of the kingdom of God: but unto them that are without, all
these things are done in parables:
KJV
Romans 11:25 For I would not, brethren, that ye should be
ignorant of this mystery, lest ye should be wise in your own
conceits; that blindness in part is happened to Israel, until
the fulness of the Gentiles be come in.
KJV
Romans 16:25 Now to him that is of power to stablish you according
to my gospel, and the preaching of Jesus Christ, according
to the revelation of the mystery, which was kept secret since
the world began,
KJV
1 Corinthians 2:7 But we speak the wisdom of God in a mystery,
even the hidden wisdom, which God ordained before the world
unto our glory:
Eph 3:3 How that
by revelation he made known unto me the mystery; (as I wrote
afore in few words, Eph 3:4 Whereby, when ye read, ye may
understand my knowledge in the mystery of Christ)
Col 1:26 Even the
mystery which hath been hid from ages and from generations,
but now is made manifest to his saints: Col 1:27 To whom God
would make known what is the riches of the glory of this mystery
among the Gentiles; which is Christ in you, the hope of glory:
2.
The Sovereignty of God
I am the LORD,
and there is none else, there is no God beside me.
I form the light,
and create darkness: I make peace, and create evil: I the
LORD do all these things.
I have made the
earth, and created man upon it: I, even my hands, have stretched
out the heavens, and all their host have I commanded.
What? shall we
receive good at the hand of God, and shall we not receive
evil?
Even so then at
this present time also there is a remnant according to the
election of grace.
Though he slay
me, yet will I trust in him.
KJV
Philippians 2:13 For it is God which worketh in you both to
will and to do of his good pleasure.
The decision is
wholly of the Lord. Even the events that seem accidental,
are really ordered by Him. Proverbs 16:33 (Amplified).
To the intent that
the living may know that the most High ruleth in the kingdom
of men, and giveth it to whomsoever he will, and setteth up
over it the basest of men.
KJV Ephesians 1:11
In whom also we have obtained an inheritance, being predestinated
according to the purpose of him who worketh all things after
the counsel of his own will:
3.
Kind after Kind
The law of
God
And God said, Let
the earth bring forth the living creature after his kind,
cattle, and creeping thing, and beast of the earth after his
kind: and it was so.
4.
Elohim - Eve
The creation
of Eve: You Are Elohim: God’s genetics
Fall of Man:
The curses of Eden: depravity: not better and better
Gen
2:20 And Adam gave names to all cattle, and to the fowl of
the air, and to every beast of the field; but for Adam there
was not found an help meet for him. Gen 2:21 And the LORD
God caused a deep sleep to fall upon Adam, and he slept: and
he took one of his ribs, and closed up the flesh instead thereof;
Gen 2:22 And the rib, which the LORD God had taken from man,
made he a woman, and brought her unto the man. Gen 2:23 And
Adam said, This is now bone of my bones, and flesh of my flesh:
she shall be called Woman, because she was taken out of Man.
Psa 82:6 I have
said, Ye are gods [Elohim]; and all of you are children of
the most High. Psa 82:7 But ye shall die like men, and fall
like one of the princes.
KJV
John 10:34 Jesus answered them, Is it not written in your
law, I said, Ye are gods?
KJV
Genesis 1:1 In the beginning God [Elohim]; created the
heaven and the earth.
5.
Jesus - the Seed
Begetting the Seed
He hath raised
up Jesus again; as it is also written in the second psalm,
Thou art my Son, this day have I begotten thee.
For as the Father
hath life in himself; so hath he given to the Son to have
life in himself.
Verily,
verily, I say unto you, Except a corn of wheat fall into the
ground and die, it abideth alone: but if it die, it bringeth
forth much fruit.
Now
is Christ risen from the dead, and become the firstfruits
of them that slept.
KJV
Romans 9:29 And as Esaias said before, Except the Lord of
Sabaoth had left us a seed, we had been as Sodoma, and been
made like unto Gomorrha.
KJV
John 20:22 And when he had said this, he breathed on them,
and saith unto them, Receive ye the Holy Ghost:
KJV
John 1:12 But as many as received him, to them gave he power
to become the sons of God, even to them that believe on his
name:
When he ascended
up on high, he led captivity captive, and gave gifts unto
men.
KJV
Romans 8:29 For whom he did foreknow, he also did predestinate
to be conformed to the image of his Son, that he might be
the firstborn among many brethren.
For both he that
sanctifieth [Jesus] and they who are sanctified [you] are
all of one [God]: for which cause he is not ashamed to call
them brethren.
As my Father hath
sent me, even so send I you.
6.
Two - Step Birth Process
Born Again: 2 step
creation: Spiritual Conception the New Creature
Joh 3:3 Jesus answered
and said unto him, Verily, verily, I say unto thee, Except
a man be born again, he cannot see the kingdom of God. Joh
3:4 Nicodemus saith unto him, How can a man be born when he
is old? can he enter the second time into his mother's womb,
and be born? Joh 3:5 Jesus answered, Verily, verily, I say
unto thee, Except a man be born of water and of the Spirit,
he cannot enter into the kingdom of God. Joh 3:6 That which
is born of the flesh is flesh; and that which is born of the
Spirit is spirit. Joh 3:7 Marvel not that I said unto thee,
Ye must be born again.
Except a man be
born of water and of the Spirit, he cannot enter into the
kingdom of God.
As many as received
him, to them gave he power to become the sons of God.
And why did God
make you two one? Because He sought a godly offspring from
your union. Malachi 2:15. (Amplified).
Shall I bring to
the birth, and not cause to bring forth? saith the LORD: shall
I cause to bring forth, and shut the womb? saith thy God.
But we have this
treasure in earthen vessels, that the excellency of the power
may be of God, and not of us.
1Co 15:42 So also
is the resurrection of the dead. It is sown in corruption;
it is raised in incorruption: 1Co 15:43 It is sown in dishonour;
it is raised in glory: it is sown in weakness; it is raised
in power: 1Co 15:44 It is sown a natural body; it is raised
a spiritual body. There is a natural body, and there is a
spiritual body. 1Co 15:45 And so it is written, The first
man Adam was made a living soul; the last Adam was made a
quickening spirit. 1Co 15:46 Howbeit that was not first which
is spiritual, but that which is natural; and afterward that
which is spiritual. 1Co 15:47 The first man is of the earth,
earthy: the second man is the Lord from heaven. 1Co 15:48
As is the earthy, such are they also that are earthy: and
as is the heavenly, such are they also that are heavenly.
1Co 15:49 And as we have borne the image of the earthy, we
shall also bear the image of the heavenly. 1Co 15:50 Now this
I say, brethren, that flesh and blood cannot inherit the kingdom
of God; neither doth corruption inherit incorruption.
1Co 15:51 Behold,
I shew you a mystery; We shall not all sleep, but we shall
all be changed, 1Co 15:52 In a moment, in the twinkling of
an eye, at the last trump: for the trumpet shall sound, and
the dead shall be raised incorruptible, and we shall be changed.
1Co 15:53 For this corruptible must put on incorruption, and
this mortal must put on immortality. 1Co 15:54 So when this
corruptible shall have put on incorruption, and this mortal
shall have put on immortality, then shall be brought to pass
the saying that is written, Death is swallowed up in victory.
Being born again,
not of corruptible seed, but of incorruptible, by the word
of God, which liveth and abideth for ever.
The Spirit itself
beareth witness with our spirit, that we are the children
of God.
Therefore if any
man be in Christ, he is a new creature: old things are passed
away; behold, all things are become new.
Whosoever is born
of God doth not commit sin; for his seed remaineth in him:
and he cannot sin, because he is born of God.

1.
Not found in church
When thou prayest, thou shalt not be as the hypocrites are:
for they love to pray standing in the synagogues and in the
corners of the streets, that they may be seen of men. Verily
I say unto you, They have their reward.
How can ye believe, which receive honour one of another, and
seek not the honour that cometh from God only?
Ye shall know the truth, and the truth shall make you free.
Wherefore, my dearly beloved, flee from idolatry.
2.
You must Contend
Beloved, when I gave all diligence to write unto you of the
common salvation, it was needful for me to write unto you,
and exhort you that ye should earnestly contend for the faith
which was once delivered unto the saints.
Fight the good fight of faith, lay hold on eternal life, whereunto
thou art also called, and hast professed a good profession
before many witnesses.
Brethren, give diligence to make your calling and election
sure.
Beside this, giving all diligence, add to your faith virtue;
and to virtue knowledge; and to knowledge temperance; and
to temperance patience; and to patience godliness; and to
godliness brotherly kindness; and to brotherly kindness charity.
For if these things be in you, and abound, they make you that
ye shall neither be barren nor unfruitful.
From the days of John the Baptist until the present time the
kingdom of heaven has endured violent assault, and violent
men seize it by force as a precious prize. A share in the
heavenly kingdom is sought for with most ardent zeal and intense
exertion. Matthew 11:12 (Amplified).
Lay aside every weight, and the sin which doth so easily beset
us, and let us run with patience the race that is set before
us.
Casting down imaginations, and every high thing that exalteth
itself against the knowledge of God, and bringing into captivity
every thought to the obedience of Christ.
Every man's work shall be made manifest:
for the day shall declare it, because it shall be revealed
by fire; and the fire shall try every man's work of what sort
it is.
Pass the time of your sojourning here in fear.
Meditate upon these things; give thyself wholly to them; that
thy profiting may appear to all.
I train my body and lead a slave’s life; for fear that, after
having trained others, I myself should be disapproved. 1 Corinthians
9:27 (Fenton).
But let every man prove his own work,
and then shall he have rejoicing in himself alone, and not
in another.
know ye not that they which run in
a race run all, but one receiveth the prize? So run, that
ye may obtain.
Wherefore, my beloved, as ye have
always obeyed, not as in my presence only, but now much more
in my absence, work out your own salvation with fear and trembling.
But thou, O man of God, flee these things; and follow after
righteousness, godliness, faith, love, patience, meekness.
Study to shew thyself approved unto God, a workman that needeth
not to be ashamed, rightly dividing the word of truth.
Let us labour therefore to enter into that rest, lest any
man fall after the same example of unbelief.
And beside this, giving all diligence,
add to your faith virtue; and to virtue knowledge; And to
knowledge temperance; and to temperance patience; and to patience
godliness; And to godliness brotherly kindness; and
to brotherly kindness charity. For if these things be
in you, and abound, they make you that ye shall neither be
barren nor unfruitful in the knowledge of our Lord Jesus Christ.
It remaineth that some must enter therein, and they to whom
it was first preached entered not in because of unbelief.
Be ye therefore perfect, even as your Father which is in heaven
is perfect.
That I might come to know Him in an experiential way, and
to come to know experientially the power of His resurrection
and a joint-participation in His sufferings, being brought
to the place where my life will radiate a likeness to His
death, if by any means I might arrive at the goal, namely,
the out-resurrection from among those who are dead. Philippians
3:10,11 (Wuest).
Not as though I had already attained, either were already
perfect: but I follow after, if that I may apprehend that
for which also I am apprehended of Christ Jesus. Brethren,
I count not myself to have apprehended: but this one thing
I do, forgetting those things which are behind, and reaching
forth unto those things which are before, I press toward the
mark for the prize of the high calling of God in Christ Jesus.
Let us therefore, as many as be perfect, be thus minded. Philippians
3:12-15
3. Turn away from the world
Luk 14:16 Then said he unto him, A certain man made a great
supper, and bade many: Luk 14:17 And sent his servant at supper
time to say to them that were bidden, Come; for all things
are now ready. Luk 14:18 And they all with one consent began
to make excuse. The first said unto him, I have bought a piece
of ground, and I must needs go and see it: I pray thee have
me excused. Luk 14:19 And another said, I have bought five
yoke of oxen, and I go to prove them: I pray thee have me
excused. Luk 14:20 And another said, I have married a wife,
and therefore I cannot come. Luk 14:21 So that servant came,
and shewed his lord these things. Then the master of the house
being angry said to his servant, Go out quickly into the streets
and lanes of the city, and bring in hither the poor, and the
maimed, and the halt, and the blind.
Be not conformed to this world: but be ye transformed by the
renewing of your mind.
Having seen them afar off, and were persuaded of them, and
embraced them, and confessed that they were strangers and
pilgrims on the earth.
No man that warreth entangleth himself with the affairs of
this life; that he may please him who hath chosen him to be
a soldier.
Set your affection on things above, not on things on the earth.
What things were gain to me, those I counted loss for Christ.
Yea doubtless, and I count all things but loss for the excellency
of the knowledge of Christ Jesus my Lord: for whom I have
suffered the loss of all things, and do count them but dung,
that I may win Christ.
That he no longer should live the rest of his time in the
flesh to the lusts of men, but to the will of God.
Labour not for the meat which perisheth, but for that meat
which endureth unto everlasting life.
Love not the world, neither the things that are in the world.
If any man love the world, the love of the Father is not in
him.
Abstain from all appearance of evil.
Having therefore these promises, dearly beloved, let us cleanse
ourselves from all filthiness of the flesh and spirit, perfecting
holiness in the fear of God.
4. Crucify the flesh: death of evil- send away Ishmael
Let this mind be in you, which was also in Christ Jesus:
Who, being in the form of God, thought it not robbery to be
equal with God: But made himself of no reputation, and took
upon him the form of a servant, and was made in the likeness
of men: And being found in fashion as a man, he humbled
himself, and became obedient unto death, even the death of
the cross.
The words of the LORD are pure words: as silver tried in a
furnace of earth, purified seven times.
For where a testament is, there must also of necessity be
the death of the testator.
For unto you it is given in the behalf of Christ, not only
to believe on him, but also to suffer for his sake.
Others were tortured, not accepting deliverance; that they
might obtain a better resurrection.
I lay down my life, that I might take it again. No man taketh
it from me, but I lay it down of myself.
As
Christ hath suffered for us in the flesh, arm yourselves likewise
with the same mind.
Thou
fool, that which thou sowest is not quickened, except it die.
We
must through much tribulation enter into the kingdom of God.
For
if ye live after the flesh, ye shall die: but if ye through
the Spirit do mortify the deeds of the body, ye shall live.
For
the preaching of the cross is to them that perish foolishness;
but unto us which are saved it is the power of God.
Whosoever
will lose his life for my sake shall find it.
Whosoever
doth not bear his cross, and come after me, cannot be my disciple.
For
to me to live is Christ, and to die is gain.
He
that will love life, and see good days, let him refrain his
tongue from evil, and his lips that they speak no guile.
Whatsoever
things are true, whatsoever things are honest, whatsoever
things are just, whatsoever things are pure, whatsoever things
are lovely, whatsoever things are of good report; if there
be any virtue, and if there be any praise, think on these
things.
Teaching
us that, denying ungodliness and worldly lusts, we should
live soberly, righteously, and godly, in this present world.
Mortify
therefore your members which are upon the earth; fornication,
uncleanness, inordinate affection, evil concupiscence, and
covetousness, which is idolatry.
They
that are Christ's have crucified the flesh with the affections
and lusts.
Having
stript off the old man, together with his practices, and having
put on the new¾ who
is being moulded afresh unto personal knowledge, after the
image of him that hath created him. Colossians 3:9,10 (Emphasized).
Cease
ye from man, whose breath is in his nostrils: for wherein
is he to be accounted of?
Sell
all that thou hast, and distribute unto the poor, and thou
shalt have treasure in heaven.
5.
Give & Forgive: death of good – death of isaac
5A.
GIVE
When
thou makest a feast, call the poor, the maimed, the lame,
the blind: and thou shalt be blessed.
Give,
and it shall be given unto you. ... For with the same measure
that ye mete withal it shall be measured to you again.
If
thou draw out thy soul to the hungry, and satisfy the afflicted
soul; then shall thy light rise in obscurity, and thy darkness
be as the noonday.
Whosoever
he be of you that forsaketh not all that he hath, he cannot
be my disciple.
Eat
my flesh … This is an hard saying; who can hear it? ... From
that time many of his disciples went back, and walked no more
with him.
5B.
Forgive: Death of “Good” = death of good – death of isaac
= Ratify the New Covenant of Sacrifice
Heb 12:6 For whom the Lord loveth he chasteneth, and scourgeth
every son whom he receiveth. Heb 12:7 If ye endure chastening,
God dealeth with you as with sons; for what son is he whom
the father chasteneth not? Heb 12:8 But if ye be without chastisement,
whereof all are partakers, then are ye bastards, and not sons.
Heb 12:9 Furthermore we have had fathers of our flesh which
corrected us, and we gave them reverence: shall we not much
rather be in subjection unto the Father of spirits, and live?
For this is thankworthy, if a man for conscience toward God
endure grief, suffering wrongfully. ... If, when ye do well,
and suffer for it, ye take it patiently, this is acceptable
with God.
Father, if thou be willing, remove this cup from me: nevertheless
not my will, but thine, be done.
Father, forgive them; for they know not what they do.
Being reviled, we bless; being persecuted, we suffer it: being
defamed, we intreat.
Most gladly therefore will I rather glory in my infirmities,
that the power of Christ may rest upon me.
Love ye your enemies, and do good, and lend, hoping for nothing
again; and your reward shall be great, and ye shall be the
children of the Highest.
Ye shall be betrayed both by parents, and brethren, and kinsfolks,
and friends.
Lord, how oft shall my brother sin against me, and I forgive
him? till seven times?
Being defamed, we intreat: we are made as the filth of the
world, and are the offscouring of all things unto this day.
6. Become Agape
For our light affliction, which is but for a moment, worketh
for us a far more exceeding and eternal weight of glory. While
we look not at the things which are seen, but at the things
which are not seen.
And they loved not their lives unto the death.
Greater love hath no man than this, that a man lay down his
life for his friends.
[Love] beareth all things, believeth all things, hopeth all
things, endureth all things. Love never faileth. 1 Corinthians
13:4-8 (ASV).
For whatsoever is born of God overcometh the world.
Being put to death in the flesh, but quickened by the Spirit.
To know the love of Christ, which passeth knowledge.
7. Time: Never Quit
Ask and keep on asking, and it shall be given you; seek and
keep on seeking, and you shall find; knock and keep on knocking,
and the door shall be opened to you. Luke 11:9 (Amplified).
No man, having put his hand to the plough, and looking back,
is fit for the kingdom of God.
Whoso looketh into the perfect law of liberty, and continueth
therein, he being not a forgetful hearer, but a doer of the
work, this man shall be blessed.
Let us hold fast the profession of our faith without wavering;
for he is faithful that promised.
Be thou faithful unto death, and I will give thee a crown
of life.
By your endurance shall ye gain your lives for a possession.
Luke 21:19 (Emphasized).
The measures of your progress

The Body of Christ – The Firstborn Sons of God
Called to the First
Resurrection = The Birth of the Body of Christ
Firstborn = Double
Portion
KJV
Deuteronomy 21:17 But he shall acknowledge the son of the
hated for the firstborn, by giving him a double portion of
all that he hath: for he is the beginning of his strength;
the right of the firstborn is his.
KJV
Isaiah 61:7 For your shame ye shall have double; and for confusion
they shall rejoice in their portion: therefore in their land
they shall possess the double: everlasting joy shall be unto
them.
First Resurrection
Rev 20:4 And I
saw thrones, and they sat upon them, and judgment was given
unto them: and I saw the souls of them that were beheaded
for the witness of Jesus, and for the word of God, and which
had not worshipped the beast, neither his image, neither had
received his mark upon their foreheads, or in their hands;
and they lived and reigned with Christ a thousand years. Rev
20:5 But the rest of the dead lived not again until the thousand
years were finished. This is the first resurrection. Rev 20:6
Blessed and holy is he that hath part in the first resurrection:
on such the second death hath no power, but they shall be
priests of God and of Christ, and shall reign with him a thousand
years.
Christ is Many
Membered:
KJV
1 Corinthians 12:12 For as the body is one, and hath many
members, and all the members of that one body, being many,
are one body: so also is Christ.
KJV Hebrews 2:11
For both he that sanctifieth and they who are sanctified are
all of one: for which cause he is not ashamed to call them
brethren,
KJV
Romans 8:29 For whom he did foreknow, he also did predestinate
to be conformed to the image of his Son, that he might be
the firstborn among many brethren.
KJV
Hebrews 12:23 To the general assembly and church of the firstborn,
which are written in heaven, and to God the Judge of all,
and to the spirits of just men made perfect,
Kind
after kind:
Beloved, now are
we the sons of God, and it doth not yet appear what we shall
be: but we know that, when he shall appear, we shall be like
him; for we shall see him as he is.
KJV John 5:26 For
as the Father hath life in himself; so hath he given to the
Son to have life in himself;
Gather my saints
together unto me; those that have made a covenant with me
by sacrifice.
Worthy is the Lamb
that was slain to receive power, and riches, and wisdom, and
strength, and honour, and glory, and blessing.
These are they
which came out of great tribulation, and have washed their
robes, and made them white in the blood of the Lamb.
We all, with open
face beholding as in a glass the glory of the Lord, are changed
into the same image from glory to glory.
The Spirit itself
beareth witness with our spirit, that we are the children
of God: and if children, then heirs; heirs of God, and joint-heirs
with Christ.
These were redeemed
from among men, being the firstfruits unto God and to the
Lamb. And in their mouth was found no guile: for they are
without fault before the throne of God.
To the acknowledgement
of the mystery of God, and of the Father, and of Christ; In
whom are hid all the treasures of wisdom and knowledge.
At that day ye
shall ask in my name: and I say not unto you, that I will
pray the Father for you: For the Father himself loveth you.
He that spared
not his own Son, but delivered him up for us all, how shall
he not with him also freely give us all things?
Consider Revelation
2:7 – 3:21.
To him that overcometh:
1.
Will I give to eat of the tree of life.
2.
Shall not be hurt of the second death.
3.
Will I give to eat of the hidden manna.
4.
Will give him a white stone, and in the stone a new name written.
5.
Will I give power over the nations.
6.
Shall be clothed in white raiment.
7.
I will not blot out his name out of the book of life.
8.
I will confess his name before my Father, and before his angels.
9.
Will I make a pillar in the temple of my God.
10.
I will write upon him the name of my God.
11.
I will write upon him my new name.
12.
Will I grant to sit with me in my throne, even as I also
overcame, and am set down with my Father in his throne.
He that overcometh
shall inherit all things; and I will be his God, and he shall
be my son.
The “Even As I”
verses:
Joh 15:10 If ye
keep my commandments, ye shall abide in my love; even as I
have kept my Father's commandments, and abide in his love.
Joh 17:16 They
are not of the world, even as I am not of the world.
Rev 3:21 To him
that overcometh will I grant to sit with me in my throne,

they all may be one; as thou, Father, art in me, and I in

As a phrase, the
Sons of God
is used six times in the New
Testament. These six verses describe God’s Sons as perfect,
immortal, powerful, spirit beings. You have been placed on
planet earth so that you might join their ranks.
1.
As many as received him, to them gave he power to become
the sons of God.
2.
That ye may be blameless and harmless, the sons of
God, without rebuke.
3.
For as many as are led by the Spirit of God, they are
the sons of God.
4.
Behold, what manner of love the Father hath bestowed
upon us, that we should be called the sons of God: therefore
the world knoweth us not, because it knew him not.
5.
Beloved, now are we the sons of God, and it doth not
yet appear what we shall be: but we know that, when he shall
appear, we shall be like him.
6.
For the earnest expectation of the creature waiteth
for the manifestation of the sons of God.
That they all may
be one; as thou, Father, art in me, and I in thee, that they
also may be one in us.
Without father,
without mother, without descent, having neither beginning
of days, nor end of life.
As for me, I will
behold thy face in righteousness: I shall be satisfied, when
I awake, with thy likeness.
Because ye are
sons, God hath sent forth the Spirit of his Son into your
hearts, crying, Abba, Father. Wherefore thou art no more a
servant, but a son; and if a son, then an heir of God through
Christ.
To an inheritance
incorruptible, and undefiled, and that fadeth not away, reserved
in heaven for you.

lust.

even as also I am known.

shall ask me nothing.

not above his master, nor the servant above his lord. It is

And nothing shall
be impossible unto you.
That ye might be
filled with all the fulness of God.
